Walker Media Company Refund Policy

At Walker Media Company, LLC (located in the State of Alabama), we pride ourselves on the work we accomplish and the leads we generate for our clients. While marketing and advertising efforts are based on research, experience, and proven strategies, they are not guaranteed-results products.

Results Defined

Results are defined as leads directed either to a phone number or website, depending on the type of campaign. Walker Media Company cannot guarantee the number of leads generated, nor can we guarantee that such leads will result in sales or revenue for the client. The quality of leads and the client’s ability to convert those leads into customers are outside the control of Walker Media Company.

Custom Campaigns

All campaigns recommended and developed by Walker Media Company are custom designed based on the specific needs of each client. Significant research, strategy, and creative effort go into every campaign. For this reason, all campaigns and services provided are considered final sale. All Sales Are Final, and no refunds will be provided once services have commenced.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate business information, creative approvals, and timely feedback.
Making payments on schedule.
Ensuring they have the systems in place to respond to and follow up with leads.

Walker Media Company is not liable for delays, underperformance, or unsatisfactory results caused by incomplete or inaccurate information, missed approvals, or client inaction.

Exceptions to Refund Policy

Refunds may only be issued in the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate payments or billing errors.
Verified fraudulent transactions.

Requests for such exceptions must be made in writing within seven (7) business days of the billing date.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from services or this policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Barbour County, Alabama, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.

Walker Media Company, LLC reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website or upon written communication to clients.
